Shopify Theme Detector ("the Extension") is a browser extension for Google Chrome that helps users identify the Shopify theme used on a website. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the Extension.

2. Permissions Usage

• activeTab: This permission is used solely to access the content of the current tabonly when you click the extension icon. This allows the extension to read the temporary DOM to detect the Shopify theme.
• Scripting: This permission is used to inject a lightweight, transient script into the active page to check for the window.Shopify object. This script runs locally on your machine and does not transmit data.

3. How We Use Information

Any data accessed by the Extension is processed entirely within your browser. We do not:

• Send website data to external servers.
• Store data after the Extension action completes.
• Track your browsing activity across websites.

4. Remote Code

The Extension does not use any remote code. All logic is self-contained within the Extension package installed on your browser.

The Extension does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services.
